Every effort has been made to make this little book interesting, as well as clear.
However, the fact remains that, as a subject matter, the "mortgage loan" is .... boring.
So nothing says you need to read all of it, or, if you do, that you need to
read it from the beginning. Skip around, if you like, or just read the parts
which interest you, referring to other sections later. The table of contents is
provided to assist you in using this booklet in the manner you think best for
you.
One last thing...this booklet is not designed to replace, in any way, the
